Harrogate bridal show is a yearly event that brings together most of the biggest and most exciting bridal brands in one place, that place being the prettiest little town we have ever been to! Visiting this show is always a treat for us as it feels as much like a holiday, as it does a buying trip. The town of Harrogate is very old with tiny little tea shops, low ceilinged pubs and gorgeous parks - perfect for Sunday strolls. A must visit if you're ever in Yorkshire! Anyway, we did do some work! At the show we chose some beautiful new designs for Confetti & Curves and two new brands to join the shop. Today we're going to focus on one - Beautiful Brides by Special Day Ireland, and tell you a little more about them.
The brand has been on our radar for awhile as we know they create really lovely plus-size wedding dresses that really celebrate curves and with their specially designed structure - they are shown off so elegantly. Each bridal gown from Beautiful Brides is designed with a couture construction, meaning every shape will be flattered in their plus-size wedding dresses!
They don't just focus on the construction, its the detailing too! Incredibly ornate bodices and exquisite embellishments throughout the collection make these designs really stand out from the rest - we couldn't resist! The range of styles is excellent, so you will certainly have a design to suit whatever type of occasion you are planning - we'll reveal the specific styles we have arriving very soon! The brand itself is part of the award-winning Special Day Ireland, a very well established name in bridal & bridesmaids with over 30 years in the business! So they know a thing or two about designing bridals that look good on real women. We know their plus-size wedding dresses will sit perfectly alongside our other brand White Rose Graceful and the other new designer we picked up at Harrogate - more news on that to come!
Right, we need to get to work now! Making room for our new designs and putting the finishing touches on our brides wedding dresses, alongside lots of new appointments - good thing to, we need to work off all those cakes from Betty's Tea Rooms (Seriously you need to go! It's like heaven on earth for afternoon tea lovers!
